[Resolved] Hinduja Housing Finance — getting unwanted calls and messages from company | |||||
I am getting unwanted calls and messages from the company over the past few months related to some unpaid loan amount of rs 50-60k approx with the name of mr. Bhagwan dass though i didn't even know this person and don't know why my number is updated in company records with his name. I'm using my vodafone postpaid number () since last three years i. E. From 2015 but didn't receive any such calls and messages in that year and started getting calls and messages from 2017 only. Each and every time different person calls me for the same issue and every time it has been informed to them that i don't know any person with that name but still i'm receiving messages from there. It's like a mental harassment for me even though i have not taken that loan or don't know that person. Kindly ask the company to check their records and don't ever call me or message me again. From the past few weeks not getting many calls as compared to earlier but still getting messages for the unpaid loan amount. Kindly check the attached screenshot. I'm still getting these unwanted calls from your company. Request you to immediately remove my contact number from your list otherwise I will go legal and file harrassment case against your company for calling and messaging me repeatedly. Further, I have already activated dnd service for your company but still I'm getting calls. I need immediate resolution.
