    My name is manjeet patel. I purchased one bike suzuki gixxer sf sp in 2016. Its finance with hinduja. My bike number is up65cm 4747.
    More then 18 moths i not received my noc paper. I went many times in hinduja office in varanasi, but till now i not recievd. Previous also i purchase a bike through hinduja. But now i m not happy with your service. Nd in future never i will use hinduja. I m very upset. From its my civel score is also down.

              Without knowledge to me the team has debited insurance premium and got to know by the policy received at my address through courier. Requested to cancel the policy ASAP. Also till now they have not disbursed the loan, however reminder messages through SMS to serve the EMI to maintain the sufficient balance in the account are being sent.

              Even though with repeated reminder calls to the concern team but no response got received.

                The service is too much for you
                I bought Hero Honda Splendor I smart, reg no. BR01EY2301 on 8 November 2020 in which about rs 73000 is financed by your company. My monthly emi is calculated Rs 2711 and all EMI is cleared from till date, on 5th of every month, automatically debited my account. I paid all EMI except May 2022. But your representative call me, and say I have 838 rs dues for check bounce, but every 5th of the month, my payment is debited. I show in my app also, there is no dues. My Customer ID is 7406.                   I wanted the loan statement of my dost leyland vehicle. The loan is completely cleared but i got the penalty mesaage without any reason, so i need you to check my status and send me the statement. You people dont pick the call to get the details.                   When i contacted one of your agents, they replied that the server is down. Even if i contact customer care, they too are not picking the call. Atleast here your fast reply is needed.

I was very disappointed treatment given by your executive.
