I manish kumar dedha, gaurantor in commercial vehicle loan account number dhghghsv00066 in name of sh. Manoj loan holder. Sir, i want to state that i had become gaurantor in above said commercial vehicle loan willfully, however, due to some unavoidable circumstances and some official problem i want to withdraw my gaurantee from the said loan. Sir i am working in delhi district courts as a judicial assistant, wherein some official problems have been made for me and it will be very difficult for me to continue as a gaurantor in the said loan.
Sir, it is further to submit that the loan holder sh. Manoj, can provide an other gaurantor for the said loan or also can make other formalities as per your wishes.
Sir, i have made several requests for the said loan to the concern official and branch but no steps have been taken yet. Thereforee, i humbly request you to please remove my gaurantee in your records. I shall be highly obliged to you. Thanking you
