Hinduja Leyland Finance — Regarding Vehicle EMI and Release

Respected Sir,

I have bought Ashok Leyland Dost plus through your finance in Baramati Showrooms. Due to financial constraints in the last few months I have delayed paying EMI but I have paid EMI with penalty. Last month on 15.10.11 my vehicle was seized by your recovery agent. And they put in the Krishna parking lot. Later I have paid 17500 and 15000 through HLF. I spoke to HLF's Baramati branch head to pay the balance of the pending EMI, but he said why did you pay through HLF.Your Baramati branch is 40 kms away from my house. Your branch head has been troubling me for three days. Today I had taken Rs.70000/-. For payment of advance EMI and release of vehicle. But he said that now pay 50% of the remaining loan, then the vehicle will be released. Sir, your branch head's behavior is not correct. I am agreeing that there is delay in paying EMI, but we do pay the money. Your branch head is not taking the EMI money. And is doing the harassment separately.

You are requested to return my vehicle after taking my pending EMI

I assure you that I will take care that there is no EMI pending in future.

I have sent many mail to your company but no one take any responsibility or not a give any solution. for the last 2 months my vehicle has been parked at Pune Godown. I have lost Lot of vehicle business. I request to you Pillai sir please release my vehicle, After taking my pending EMIs . I have agreed to pay my 3 pending EMI.(Rs.51351) With Penalty. no one takes this matter seriously . i will Hope you Understand My Problem and short out this matter on Priority. This is my Last Mail to you & your company. Please look into the matter seriously.
