Hi, i am hp gas customer [customer number 664417] tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 07th dec 2019 at 2:43 pm

During this process rs.748 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Payment was made via phonepay and i have not received hp gas confirmation message on booking. It has been more than 4 days but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

I've transferred Rs.3000/- to HPCL24581421 On 13th December amount was debited from my bank account but not credited hence request to check and reverse the amount to my Account
