Dear sir/madam, Kindly refer to my lpg id : And the transaction no.[protected] I booked a hp gas cylinder on 11 June 2019 from myhpgas.in portal through Google Pay (State Bank of India), the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction. The amount of rs. 829.50/- has been debited from my bank account but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side. More over i did mot receive any email or sms for transaction failure. Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get my refund asap, for which i have paid. I have booked for refilling the gas, Booking Number 552530. I got message on the jun 6th. that booking 552530 is cleared. But I dint receive any refilled gas even after two weeks till now.
