Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — cancellation of give up scheme of gas subsidy

Sir my self jiitendra kumar sharma have a gas connection having consumer number 629129 and unique id number[protected]. Sir i have give up my gas subsidy wrongly and now i intend to resume my gas subsidy. Please help me in resuming my gas subsidy as no more i want to surrender my gas subsidy. Pls restore my subsidy and remit it into my bank account already provided

Srikakulam district, palakonda, Sri venkateswara gas enterprises they take more amount like no change reason and travelling fee and pandaga mamulu like that and their work also not good. They take travelling extra fee 30 RS per cylinder but not giving the cylinder to my house. So many times I complaint about ds in hp filling station but no use sir

By mistake registered for 'GIVE UP SUBSIDY', I need LPG cylinders with subsidy, Kindly de-register me from 'Give up subsidy' scheme.
