Hello I had done a ICICI debit card payment for petrol on 22nd of jan 2017 for an amount of Rs. 2000, for which I am supposed to get a 7.5% cashback for digital transaction. It is over one week and I have not yet received the cashback in my account. Booking for refilling done vide bkg no. 561007 my connection No. 101279 for shaheed Balwan Gas Agency IVR Says cleared upto Dec.12, 2016, when will I got delivery. While asking IVR always plays such status since last 2 days.
whether any other process for booking of gas is adopted by gas agency or process already followed is correct.
