Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Complaint For Wrong Talking With Ladies
Dear Respected HP Gas Team,
My Name Is Mohammad Asef Ansari I'm currently Employee Of Mswipe Technologies Pvt Ltd As A Retail Manager In Navi Mumbai Location.
My Complaint Was
I booked Gas yesterday on cash on delivery mode and today delivery man brought gas but my wife didn't have cash so she paid on upi
And the above was done from my side but the message was not received by the deliverer, then the wife told him if you did not come, then find out in your gas agency
But he was not listening and he abused my wife and her name was (Sadashiv)
and he took the gas back
After that I talked to the manager in his gas agency, his name was (Santosh) he was telling me why did you pay from upi
I told them that I had a network issue at the time of booking that's why payment was not being done through Paytm application, so I asked for cash on delivery
But he too was not listening to me and was talking screaming
I told him also you check the delivery of my past, I have paid online till date, I have not asked for cash on delivery but he was not understanding
I request you to take action on deliverrayman
If I don't get reply from your side in 2-3 days then I will complain to police Station As Well As DCP Navi Mumbai.
I can't stand this humiliation
I hope you will take action on this and I will get the answer as soon as possible
