Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — debited twice the time

Hi sir/madam, i filled my car diesel full tank on 15th feb 2019 morning 11.00 am near pachaiyapps college hp kimberly petrol station.. I gave my card for payment they debited first and said it was not debited but it showed in my message after that they brought different machine and swiped again and informed i will get back in 3 days and after that went again they said wait for a week it's been more than 2weeks i didn't receive any yet.. I need my money back.. Kindly take action
