Hi, I was booking HP gas on-line using HP gas mobile app, the app is showing transaction failed but gas booking amount has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account and no gas is booked. Consumer no. 674542 Transaction date. 24- Aug- 2019 Please find the attached documents. Please refund my amount back to my ICICI bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 18, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Issue has been resolved after so many followups and calls with HP gas customer care.
Overall very bad customer service from HP gas. It took more than 1 month to provide the solution and refund of incomplete transaction. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
