[Resolved] Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — hp gas refill was not booked but money deducted from account | |||
I booked hp gas cylinder refill order on 17 august from HpGas mobile app and made a payment through Bhim UPI (HDFC bank). The payment was made through the sbiepay (sbiepay.hpcl [protected]@sbi) as third part intermediate for the transaction. The amount of rs. 572.50/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side. Moreover, I did not receive any email or sms for transaction failure. Kindly look into the matter to process the refund of money, which is stuck in the pool account. HP Gas consumer Number: 654250. Sir. Gas delivery cash memo received at 16 /08/19 . One week before. But cylinder not delivered now. Complaint gas agency he could not take action. Please rectify this problem. Every booking the same problem .
