Hi, My online payment for a new gas connection through phonepe (Upi) failed but amount of 2232.5 has been deducted and no refund from hp gas yet. I have tried contacting the customer support multiple times but have been dismissed with no appropriate resolution. The website showed that it's waiting for response from the transaction attempt but then it's asking to pay again. The money went through and i have confirmed the same with phonepe.
