This is regarding payment not reflecting for dealer even after successful completion of payment through online.

Hi i have done online payment 711.49 transaction no [protected] on 22/12/2019 3:43:16 pm but shakti enterprise dealer not yet received money. My booking no 583482 consumer no 634880.
Now dealer asking us to pay money though cash please help.

Issue: I booked a cylinder through IVR and paid online using link provided by them to pay online if required. Due to poor internet, amount got deducted but is not getting reflected in their portal.
Need to get this resolved before cylinder is delivered.

Payment was not updated as per customer care and mobile app but Cylinder got delivered (and was considered prepaid).
