Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — poor service in supply of refill gas cylinders

My gas agency is sujatha gas agency, dealer code 14648900. The service of refill cylinders are very very poor. I have booked 20 days back. So for no response despite my repeated reminders. Phone calls are not attended. Every month we are facing the same problem. Please do necessary steps for the regularisation of the service, in the alternative my gas supply may be transferred to some other gas service of nearest jurisdiction.
