Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — regarding hp refuel account

I am not able pay using any of the methods mentioned in my hp refuel app. Your customer care says that my account is deactivated. but yesterday i recharged the account successfully with 1000rs and also i am able ro login and chage password. I can recharge my account but cant use the money. It also not possible to refuel my friend's account.it says 'invalid string operation'. Please reacrivate the account. My account is [protected]
