Dear Sir

I have take gas connection from Prakash Gas Service in august 2017. My consumer number 646740. I also applied for gas subsidy which is applicable after first cylinder use.
But I did not got any subsidy from last 4 cylinders. I ask them to process subsidy but they are saying that your account not link with your aadhar card thats why we are not able to process further.
I visited so many time in bank and given request for link aadhar but I am facing same problem. In the month of june I speak to Bank of India branch manager (CBD Belapur)they told me that there no account active with out aadhar card.
You just go to gas agency and request them to process for subsidy.
At finally gas agency people told that your aadhar card is now linked with bank. now onward you will get subsidy amount in your account.
I ask them for previous cylinders subsidy. they told me that its not our fault you will register you complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in

My lpg consumer no.- 609784 name keerat prasad s/o bardani my subsidy not coming in my bank account my adhar no[protected] hpcl agency pankaj gas service in massage showing "adhar inactive in npci" pls resolve my problem.
