Newspaper for the period May 01, 2020 to 30th Nov, 2020 was not delivered and hence coupons for the same was not handed over to the delivery person. Now, your sales person who contacted over phone for renewal informs that I should have given the coupons even if delivery was not done, hence, I lose the validity of the 7 months coupon. A newspaper of your repute either should have informed me what to do and did not inform anything. Now, at thee time of renewal of subscription, your personnel is putting the blame on me which is highly unethical. I did not expect from a organisation of your reputation. Please do the needful.
