Dear Sir/Madam, This is for your kind notice that i am having a complain regarding the news paper of hindustan times detail is :- Booking date :[protected] Cheque date :[protected] Cheque number :- 000046 ( HDFC Bank) Amount :- 799 Rs ( under Gurgaon special Bonanza 2015 offer) Receipt slip no. :- 4813816 Person which booked :- Raman Kumar ( contact no. [protected]) but problem is, today is[protected] i am not receive any coupon till date . and when i try to complain regarding this than no body gave me satisfactory answer. contact person is 1. Mr. Rman kumar :- [protected] 2. Mr. Ghanshyam :- [protected] 3. Mr. Vishal :- [protected] When call Mr. Vishal regarding the complain and coupon than he was not gave me satisfactory answer even he told me that you can change your agency of new paper. So can you please tell what is the processor for complain in HIndustan TImnes if any body having problem because your concern persons not solving my problem form last 5 month. kindly solve my problem on urgent base. Respected management,
With all due respect, this is to state that even after constantly being reminded about the discontinuation of the newspaper my problem hasn't been solved.
Kindly, look into the matter or else the consequences might not be in your favour.
I'll go to every extent to get my problem solved whether it may be socially or judicially. It gives chills to see how such a reputated newspaper is behaving. Is this the kind of treatment given to a loyal customer? I could hardly get over the fact that even after nine months my problem is not solved. Hindustan times used to be the source via which problems were discussed and now here we are where we have to complaint against out very own newspaper.
I request you to please look into the matter and not force me to take harsh steps which might not pleasing at all. And I totally beg to differ from whatever the newspapers' reputation says. I feel that the newspaper itself is in a terrible condition and needs to fix the corruption in their own system.

i am very upset from hindustan times because my complain not solve from august 2015 and i am continue remind via mail and phone call.
Still after 8 month my problem still not solve.
