I, Abinash Chandra Rai, a regular reader and subscriber since 2005 of your News Paper.
As like previous year, your representative "Priyanka" M. No. [protected], has rang me for further subscription with gift plan. I have taken the plan and coupon also been received but gift item is not received till date.
I have messages and rangup somany times but your representative "Priyanka" is neither picking up the phone nor giving me any reply, same as previous year.
This is uncredible for a very responsible and respectful organisation like HT.
Please look into and let me know the outcome.
