I have deposited required amount by transaction no[protected] & booking ref. No htm[protected] but till date i have not received subscriptions coupon.in this regard i also made a complaint to your customer service help line 10 days back but from here also there is no result. Now you tell me how i will make the payment to newspaper vendor. This very embarrassing situation for me and i feel cheated. After making my payment why should i suffer?
