Hindustan Times — No delivery

Hi i had subscribed for HT and I am not getting the delivery
. MY vendor does not pick the phone.His name is Praveen
My ground floor residents keep getting the paper but I do not get it.I have always been repeating my subscription and pay by cheque.He has not even told me as to why he is not dropping the paper. Please expedite the matter.
My address is A 903 sushant lok 1 gurgaon . second floor

I have received an [protected]@3 months199, but when 3 months end I receive continue papar till date, now vendor told me, give cash for xtra months. He does not stop the papar after 3 months.
