Hindustan Times — Non receipt of coupons for two years subscription

I have renewed my subscription on 10.02.2013 vide cheque number 228701 dated 10.02.2013 drawn on the HT MEDIA LTD drawn on HDFC BANK LIMITED, kandivlai west, mumbai 400067 for Rs.699 for two years renewal. I have not received the coupons till date and the delivery of newspaper is been stopped by the vendor Shri Siddhi Sai News Paper Service- [protected]/ [protected] - Raju Tawde for the non receipt of the coupons. I am very much surprised by for the non delivery of coupons till date inspite of 2 years. Now I am getting calls for the renewal but the coupons for the first year is still pending till date. Hence extend my subscription for two years on immediate basis by sending the coupons to my address immediately. Several emails to the [protected]@hindustantimes.com has gone in vain till date.
