Hindustan Times — non receipt of subscription coupan of hindustan times

I have made a payment of rs. 799/-to ht media ltd. Vide cheque no. 571762 of state bank of patiala and was encashed on 21.07.2016. Sir one year has elapsed but neither i nor my vendor has received any coupans from you. Due to which the shri l. N. Pandey, the vendor of my area, abhay khand iii, indirapuram, ghaziabad is suffering substantial financial loss due to none of his fault.
