Hindustan Times — Regarding not received of duplicate coupon

Sir, My Name is Anil Kumar residing at Babarpur Shahdara Delhi-32. I had taken 15 months Hindustan Times English News paper scheme last year and I gave all coupon to my vendor Gopinath but due to Corona pandemic he delivered newspaper only for 3 months and after that he neither delivered news paper nor returned my remaining coupon. I complained about this to HT media Ltd. Then Area manager Sandeep phone no. [protected] called me on phone and said that my new vendor will be Guddu Shukla phone no. [protected] for paper delivery but after 3 to 4 months of paper delivery by Guddu Shukla Area manager has not given the duplicate coupon and vendor Guddu Shukla asking me for duplicate coupon. Please solve the issue which has arisen due to no fault of mine. I am feeling very much harassed. I am regular customer of Hindustan times for last 25 years. Please take necessary action in this regard.
