Amount of Rs. 999/- has been deducted on[protected] from the account o[censored]ndersigned (Copy attached). The coupon for the HT newspaper has not been recieved to undersigned till date. The undersinged is your customer from last 5 to 6 years.

Kindly let me know the status of my coupon, whether you have posted the coupon to the address o[censored]ndersigned or not.
