I had subscribed 3 years hindustan time for rs 1699 but vendor told me to give extra rs.320 for delivery of hindustan times. At the time subscription hindustan time executive told me to give 1699 cheque in the name of ht media ltd. Why should i pay extra 320rs to vendor.
