[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever — companies irrospensivenes and poor to poor service | |
Our pure it was giving red signal so we complaint abt it in company. It send a technician who came 1 day and went then another day and change it pcb telling that the previous pcb was not able to reset and you will not give its money. As per before information we have to pay 3999 rupees of gkk2. Now after changing he talks with some one and tells that u have to pay additional 2500. So now we told to replace it with previous one because of additional and unauthorised charges. This isnt fair... So plaese help us... Was this information helpful? | |
