I am very much thankful to your product. I have been using the same for last 7 years. However, your dealer at Alapuzha, Kerala is not responding to the complaints made by me for more than last one month. I find it very difficult and forced bring this in to your notice. The name of the dealer is one Mr.Thomas. Whenever I make telephone calls, he gives false commitments. I need one Filter, one Tap and one battery kit. I am working employee of a public sector organization. It is pained to note that how a dealer of a reputed Company like yourself can behave like this. Such people would ruin your the confidence of customers
