I purchase to hindware Kyra 60 model before 9days back. Till now installation engineer didn't come ..
Already I have to give 3 complaints an service engr.
But no one respond to me ..
I have to share to you share code 274 and
Call No. KAI0789435 has been assign to Engineer Mr. Ch Leeladri. .
So please rectified as soon as possible otherwise I returned product.

I made 1st complaint to co on 30.10.2018 for solution of water leakage problem in geyser followed by 3 times more but due to no solution, they takeover the geyser on 04.10.19 with intention to solve or replace the geyser but after 49 days no progress and not replied properly, only said we are trying for replacement.
