Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [Hsil] — repairing and amc for my kitchen chimney | |||
Would be really thankful if you could resolve asap... I have been facing issue for my chimney for which i had lodged a complaint almost 5 months ago and have been calling frequently to toll free numbers and local service providers, no steps has been taken to resolve yet, the only thing i get is date and time i have all the local service providers number and when i try to call them they give me fake assurance to make my chimney okay and never pick the call again or disconnect the call. When ever i call to care they assure me i will get a call back, which i have never got till date, i even have mailed in [protected]@hindware.co.in, i got the same response as your care executive gives.. When i call my regional service providers they keep on ignoring my calls and disconnecting my calls (Specially mr. Sashikant). I had never expected this kind of service from hsil. Really annoying to see this kind of irresponsible and unprofessional service from hindware, who doesn't care about consumers Was this information helpful? | |||
