I am complaining on this company because I've ordered a couple of items long ago, around say um.. 6 to 8 months ago but till now I haven't received the order and I tried contacting her from one particular phone number she replied saying that she'll get back but every time I tried texting her she would not reply And then I tried texting her from another number and very easily she just answered my call, and with great maturity she has handled whatever I spoke to her and now she is least bothered to reply again, and she is not even giving me back the refund.
