I have ordered curtains worth Rs 9114 from HippieSaaz in the month of August 21, 2022. I have been following up with them for the past 6 months. Till December they replied telling will send in 20 days, Will priorities your order and all but till now I haven't received yet. I tried all possible ways to contact via mail, Instagram and Facebook and from Jan there is no reply from their side. Tried calling to the phone number mentioned in site and Instagram but it's switched off. The funny thing is there are active in Instagram and still taking orders from people. I also started putting comments on their video asking for product update but no reply. I place the order with my first saving and that's why it's really important for me. Each day my family members scold me for ordering from an online site.
Please do something. Either I want the product to be delivered Or I want refund from them.
The Tracing id they gave was #23002.
Hope the problem. Will be dissolved soon.
