[Resolved]  Hitachi — Complaint about a faulty ac

I bought hitachi window 5 star inverter ac from Vijay sales janakpuri delhi. Billing date 7/6/2021. I bought the ac with 1 year product warrant and i opted for 2 years of additional warranty. The very first day when the ac was installed at my home it sounded vigorously while it was switched on. I complained regarding this to vijay sales and hitachi customer care and they sent executives at my home. The executives opened the complete ac saying you have done a mistake purchasing this product of hitachi as they are getting a lot complaints for this product. Later in between there were multiple executives from hitachi visited my home to check the ac. Everytime the executives came, they opened the complete machinery of the ac and informed that the product is damaged. In total i had this ac opened for almost 8-10 times till date. After experiencing hassles with the product i requested hitachi customer care people to exchange the product as since I jave bought this ac Multiple people came to check which never helped. As you also understand during covid19, there were people who visited my home several times randomly. All of a sudden the ac was not even switching on. I complained for this by calling vijay sales, but they dis mot respond or either disconnected my call multiple times. I called hitachi to complain about my ac not switching on, they sent an executive from hitachi to inspect, the person said that a part of ac which is called PCB is damaged and needs to be ordered from outside delhi as it was unavailable with them. After a month hitachi executives came at my home saying that they were able to arrange the damaged part for my ac. Post replacing the damaged part they said the motor is faulty. Till date the ac is kot even switching on and i am facing a lot of issues due to this. This is the first time I went for a different ac brand which was the biggest mistake done my me. Im facing so much issues since I have purchased this ac from vijay sales and jo one is willing to help me out. How would one feel if that even after paying almost 400000, the product is opened end to end because of company’s faulty product. Im being Harassed multiple times just because of this ac.
