Hello, its to inform hitachi customer care that this is the 4th time i am rising my complaint for my split ac, which was bought on 11th march 2019. Please check the attached bill and invoice. I had complained 3 times earlier for the faulty remote system with display and pcb etc. It has been replaced, but still not in working condition. It has been more than a month and i am unable to use the ac properly. I am really upset with the help i am getting from hitachi customer care. Now, as i have no resource left, i want my ac replaced with a new one, as it has got assembled with new parts and still not working properly. I request you to please replace my ac asap, so i can use the ac without any problems. Here is the number of the hitachi service manager who was handling my concern earlier. Farhaz : [protected].
