[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — ac not responding to remote control device

I have purchase an iconnect ac from hitachi, which has a facility to connect with wifi and we can operate it from anywhere. However the same function is not working.ac is not able to connect with the wifi.
Further, even my ac is not responding to its remote device as well.
I have register my complain several time at hitachi service center. But every time they send an non technical person, who doesn't know anything about the ac and its functionalities.
I have specifically told service center people to send some technical guy. But unfortunately there is no positive action taken by them.
