Dear madam/sir Myself manan kanti biswas, resided at rajpur, sonarpur Kolkata 700151. I have bought a Hitachi AC on 25/03/2021 from Great eastern Dhakuria. But after consecutive phone calls and follow ups, my AC is still not delivered yet which is a serious misconduct of Fair Customer Policy. This is so unbearable as the temperature of the weather is increasing day by day and it is so uncomfortable for us to deal with this. As I am one of a regular customer of Great eastern, it is also hard for me to choose great eastern in near future for further purchase. Please help me on this issue.
