Since last two month hitachi service center people are not able to provide me ac part for which they have taken advance money from me. Very pathetic service from hitachi ac service center. The call center people are only passing the problem like football. Customer complaint email id is also not responding to my problem. It is really bad decision to purchase ac from hitachi. Hitachi service provider does not deserve rating. If hitachi company can not provide the part since last two months then why do they have ac manufacturing unit. Very poor response and does not deserve any recommendation.

Unfortunately i am getting this reply for last two weeks but nobody from your side is contacting us. Again unfortunate service failure on your part. You only mention that representative will call you but nobody contacted me till date. Now let us see when and how quickly you guys respond to my complain.

Following your commitment i did not follow up with you believing that you guys would respond to the problem. But unfortunately nothing has changed and we are still at square one. Still call center guys saying that complaint is registered. Now can u please tell me that what have u done in these three months other than taking 6000/- from me for the purchase of PCB. Please tell me the progress and what have you done in solving my problem? Again failure on your part to satisfy the customer problem. Again to emphasis that i have already made AMC for my AC.

Since how long i should prove you my trust. I think u people not taking my problem seriously. But nowhere mentioned the status of my problem and progress so far in solving it. Most importantly, it is important to be transparent to create the trust. Nowhere, in trailing email you people have given the status of the problem solving procedure. In this scenario it is difficult to understand the effort made by you. You please give me timeline. Please try and understand the climate in mumbai which is hot and humid.
Hoping to see some solution.

Please do not give such stereotype responses. Give some concrete and factual responses. I am only asking you that what have you done with my money. What kind of coordination you are doing? Since how long i have to suffer with your inability to solve my problem? Biggest question i am not able to understand what kind of solution you are looking for? At least you inform the customer from you have taken the money.. I think all the consumers need to be informed that Hitachi is not able to replace PCB of one AC since last three months. Poorest of poor customer services!
