[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — air conditioner grill delivered broken | |||
We purchased a 1.5 ton hitachi air con raw318kud 3 star on 19/9/17 from vijay sales virar (West) branch mumbai. It was derlivered on 20/9/17 and installed 2 days later. Although the grill of the air conditioner was supplied in broken condition. It was cracked. The enginer had observed and noted the damage. Although after 15 days we are still awaiting any feedback from either hitachi or vijay sales. We have been chasing the engineer, hitachi and vijay sales from pillar to post and endlessly without any result. This is our last attempt after having made several calls. Hoping this complaint reaches the right eyes and ears. We are disgruntled and tired of inconclusive replies from the customer care. All we expect as customers is atleast a reply as to when the grill can be changed. Please reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
