Dear sir Please support in fixing problem for my split ac model rau318awd/2016 - which is under break down for more than 1 month (1) call no [protected] — person visited — collected rs 500 (As out of warranty) — call closed without fixing problem (2) call no [protected] — person visited — call closed (In closure report mentioned that i do not want to pay for spare — which is not correct) — in fact person promised that spares will be arranged & will come to fix — in fact he left ac indoor unit in all open condition and all parts ket seprate — till date not done (3) again i contacted call no [protected] — still problem open Spare required : blower fan (T fan) black need replacement — your service provider m/s parihar interprises promised to fix problem and replace fan on priority when i met them in person on sunday 16th july My request - please support your customer by providing spare blower fan to m/s parihar, indirapuram so he can replace — cost of fan i am committed to pay as applicable Was this information helpful? | |||||
