[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — defective product

Purchased new ac but it was defective. First said will replace it in 10 days. Now they saying it may take 2 week more. I lodge complain on 28 may. And on 3 june the problem was sloved and product was replaced is showing in hitachi application but in actually nothing is happend till now.. Now they are saying its in under process. So please help me out.

Updated by vikash23@ a phone call came from ur team. now they are saying that. i[censored] have problem u can go to the dealer from which i purchased the machine & say them why u have given me defective machine. how ridiculous..?
