Best example of pathetic services. I called up hitachi for refrigerator not working. First of all the technician came and mentioned that as the cooling is not functioning, there is issue with thermal sensor. Thermal sensor took more then 10 days to reach to service center. After so many calls and followup they installed the thermal sensor and fuse. But still the refrigerator is having same issues. No cooling. On calling customer care they mentioned escalation matrix is available on website which you can follow. Which is nothing but an automated system which never gives a response. I asked call center person to open the closed case and they mentioned case cannot be reopened as case is closed by system. Trying to manage sla just by closing case without any resolution. No email address for escalation is mentioned anywhere. And you cannot escalate more than 2 times, after which it will always show your current escalation is pending on website. Even after mutiple complaints on this Product, not getting satisfactory response..
Infact i used the connect to management for different levels.. But higher we go on escalation level, poor the response..
I think this is the last time I have purchased a Hitachi Product
