[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — hitachi ac faulty body unexpected bad quality service | |||
Respected concerned, I have purchased hitachi 518 avd 1.5 ton split a/c 5s full set 23/5/2015 from great eastern. (505 g. T road mahesh serampore). When at that time this product started to install it was not set currently. I have told this thing to hitachi service care person who was came to install at that time. I have also contat to great eastern and repeatedly requesting them that this ac was not set properly please take any action. No one gives a single attention. Yesterday as a result this a/c breaking down from wall as a this was faulty and its back portion body broken and for this my one family member getting badly injured. Today she was getting hospitalized who will take this responsibility, i will left this thing to hitachi and as well as great eastern to you also. As because i am general customer so that nobody gives me any attentions as a result today this ac was breaking donw and my one family member getting injured and hospitalized. I need a solution for this i will start fight for this i will go to consumer forum, i need justice who will compensate for this accident. I will requesting you two great eastern and hitachi right now please take this thing serious. As you people wait when it will go out of warranty so right now it is so start snatching money from me again i will be there. But i will not left that matter so easily becuase for you people someone right now facing accident and getting hospitalized. I will wait for your reply. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
