This refers to my purchase of hitachi ac 1.5 mt ac inverter - 1 pc through darshak electronics ahmedabad as per below details : Hitachi sac rsng318hdeaz2-1.5 t champion merai 3100s Sr no : se200c44664 O/u – 200c50495 Invoice no : 0360 Dated : 1-july-2020 Payment – full payment done during purchase I wish to inform you that since purchase, ac is not working and making noises if we start and are non operational. Person from darshak visited 2-3 times but did not work. They changed many parts of ac and still there are issues. Yesterday one person came and serviced but many times the power was gone, there is big noise in the outer compression machine and the person informed to keep on with maximum fan speed only. My family and i have been suffering since one month due to issues from hitachi ac. Why should i compromise with faulty machine? Can i expect such product from hitachi? Is it responsible service from hitachi? Attached details for your reference. I have suffered a lot, i do not want to discuss more on this. Please replace me new machine immediately as i do not want this faulty machine and i will not compromise for sure now as i have been struggling more than 1 month on this.
