We have purchased Hitachi 1.2 ton RIDAA split AC on 16th may 2017.After installation the AC didn't started for the same we lodged the complain and the technician found the outer unit internal wire was loosely coupled. When we ask for the unit replacement Hitachi says it happens sometimes when we manufacture in peak season these kind of minor issues remains. After that In warranty period we complain several time for Inner Unit Noise.But every time the technician come and says its working fine there is no issue. But this time when Warranty ("1 year")expires when we lodge complain on 17th July 2018 for Inner unit making noise.The technician come and says Its PCB is faulty and need to be replaced. I don't know why they comment the same when Ac was in warranty.As we lodge the same complain previously. Very bad experience with Hitachi. We pay huge amount for the brand name but the quality is worst as if PCB is faulty in just 2 season. Was this information helpful? | |||||
