[Resolved]  Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Hitachi split ac totally defeated and their engineers totally refuses to repair or replace

Sir, i have purchased hitachi split ac from malhotra electronics jacobpura gurgaon. But it is not working properly since the date of purchase and totally defective piece, which hitachi engineers could not repair. So much water is coming out inside the room and their engineers were failed to resolved this problem. I am calling them and paying on each and every time but hitachi engineers are unable to resolve the problem. Their engineer broken my room wall and spoiled full wall. They refused to repair it and could not resolve the problem till today. I explained to hitachi customer care executives several times by phone, but they could not help me to resolve the problem. Hitachi has given so much financial, emotional, physical and mental stress. Now i want to replace my split ac and get a new split ac from hitachi soon. Kindly look into the matter and solve it a. S.
