[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — horrible service & response time for air conditioners | |||||
I purchased split ac from online plateform in the month march'18 and unit stopped functioning on 26th august. I made a complaint (No. [protected]) to customer care for service & repair, as the product is still under warranty. Engineer visited on 28th august and we were told pcb need to be changed, which has not happened till writing of this complaint i. E. 11th october 2018. This is not first incident with me with hitachi, it is second one in a row, and i had been (So far) a big fan of their products. This seems a regular practice for delaying the repair for products under warranty. I reached to escaltion matrix of hitachi (A three tier system) but even no one bothered to respond, except at highest level of escalation, the customer care executive calling me and apologiing that it will not happen in future, but guess what i have this ac and it has happened. For products under warranty the company usually takes time so the warranty can expire and they for any subsequent complaints you are not covered. The only reason i am writing this, to let other users know about their service quality. Was this information helpful? | |||||

While you have escalated the issue on 12th October, today being 16th October I am still waiting to hear back from your team. However your AMC renewal team is sending me constant reminders to renew the wonderful AMC, which does not work.
