Dear sir We have a hitachi refrigerator for which we have already bought an amc under registered mobile -[protected]/[protected]. We would like to bring to your notice that the customer care engineer that visits the site are so unprofessional and they have left our refrigerator in non-working condition since 3 months and the excuse they give is that they are out of stock of a spare part since 3 months.
