We have 4 door hitachi fridge, it stopped cooling within one year of purchasing.in spite of calling up at call center multiple times, no one bothered. After multiple calls, the technician came and fixed some new part in it, next day same problem occurred, fridge stopped cooling. We are wasting our valuable time in calling up at call center and following the complaint. I emailed the concerned authorities (At all three levels given on their website.) many times, there was no response to the mails. This worse product one can ever buy, worst is their after sales service.
