It has been now one month since I have been trying get a control board for my fridge
First your team send a wrong board
Now they send a PCB for air conditioner instead of fridge
Unacceptable service

It is not service that is issue - Hitachi Logistics department does not understand which spare part to send and if you ask for Fridge they send AC control board
I decided to pay get the part from Dubai - very helpful unit in Dubai
Got the part and called Hitachi service person and fixed it
They charged me 650/-
